These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and D Is For Family LLC (doing business as "C Dell," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of c-dell.com (the "Site") and our services. C Dell is a design and marketing agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering brand identity, web design and development, SEO, digital marketing, and custom software services.

2. Engagements, estimates, and payment

Any specific project is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Estimates are not binding offers, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, code, and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Ownership of work we create for a client is governed by the applicable statement of work; absent that, all rights remain with C Dell.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

5. Third-party services

6. SMS / text-messaging terms (mobile message program)
